BEWARE of getting tagged because the race may get a little scarier than expected. I know.. what could be scarier than a ghost? Maybe a ghost that can make you do burpees?...\n\nCompound Fitness invites you to join us in this less than typical 5K.  You're not average so why do an average 5k? We encourage you to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and experience exercise diversity during this 5k. Don't worry\, an afterparty awaits you at the end with Barrio tacos!!\n\nSign up TODAY for the Ghost in the Graveyard race now if you're not to scared....\n\nWhat to expect for race day?\n\nWe will be meeting at Compound Fitness at 13191 Prospect Road to begin the race day festivities. Racers will begin the race by running through the graveyard [neighborhood] that is filled with ghosts in certain areas. There will be warning signs of the roads a ghost will be hiding on and if tagged by the ghost\, you will have to return to the station to complete your exercise before moving forward on the trail. There will be several checkpoints that have ghost warning signs so beware as you push through the course. When you return\, there will be an after -party with DJ Hybrid Selections\, Barrio food truck\, Halloween Costume Contest\, & games! Invite your friends\, family\, gym mates and lets have some fun! PS-walkers are welcome!!\n\nStart Time\n\nRegistration/Packet Pick Up - 8:00am\n\n5K Run/Walk- 9:00am
