Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Strongsville, OH for a Registered Nurse. The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action. The nurse will also support the healthcare team in implementing resident care plans and fostering a supportive living environment. Positions available at Altenheim Therapy Rehab Center and Altenheim’s long-term care units.

Qualifications
 

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
• Proficient in administering medications and following care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
• Experience with geriatric care or in a senior living community is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• High level of empathy, patience, and understanding towards residents
