New River Electrical Corporation (NRE) is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team.

This role supports corporate governance, compliance, litigation management, ESOP administration, licensing, financing transactions, and legal operations across a growing national organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support corporate governance and entity management
• Assist with ESOP administration and reporting
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions
• Manage legal process and litigation support activities
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Manage state licensing and compliance tracking

Qualifications
• Associate degree required
• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or legal operations preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
