What We’re Looking For
Clark-Reliance is seeking a highly organized, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to help expand and optimize our marketing and sales support capabilities across CRM, e-commerce, website content, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys balancing execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth in a B2B manufacturing environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Own the day-to-day administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, including product data, contact records, market segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives.
    1. Capture, enter, and manage inbound leads from multiple sources, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data entry, and appropriate lead qualification.
    2. Research and build targeted contact lists using third-party industry databases to identify new opportunities, projects, and market-specific prospects.
  2. Support website content updates and optimization efforts, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners to improve usability, messaging, and customer experience.
  3. Maintain and update sales collateral, product literature, and web-based resources while coordinating timely fulfillment requests for internal teams and external customers.
  4. Develop and coordinate digital and social media campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and support lead generation across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
    1. Create and support email promotions and campaign assets aligned with business priorities and branding standards.
    2. Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports using marketing automation and analytics tools to inform future improvements.
    3. Help maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely execution of marketing initiatives.
    4. Monitor social media and digital performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  5. Track and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, website traffic, lead activity, and social media engagement.
  6. Provide agile day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, special projects, and team priorities as business needs evolve.
  7. Interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the Company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers effectively.
  8. Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the Company.
  9. Maintain quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
  10. Maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
  11. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
  12. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
 
 
Required Experience and Education
  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or sales support, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  •  Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using digital marketing and web tools such as WIX, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
Physical and Technical Environment
  • Minimal lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend and stoop in a normal office environment.
  • Normal vision and manual dexterity for office duties.
  • Normal office environment, constant exposure to various people requesting information, routinely restricted to work station.
