We are currently hiring a Store Team Leader and are searching for someone that can assist in the daily operations of the store. We are looking for someone that treats others with dignity and respect, offers great customer service and puts people first, like we do!
The Store Team Leader will help supervise the operations of the store and maintain an attractive sales floor. The individual will have to be familiar with point-of-sale systems and computer systems. Customer service, both internally and externally will be important in this position, as you will assist in training new employees and assist shoppers and donors as needed. Lastly, the Store Team Leader will have to help ensure a safe working environment for all and follow policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position with benefits and generous vacation time! A background check will be performed.
